During the COVID-19 situation, we hope you take advantage of these sessions and stay connected. No one is certain when business will resume as usual, therefore we ask that you call or visit our website or follow us on social media for any updates. We currently anticipate being closed for the entire month of April, with a plan to resume in-person treatments on Monday, May 4. It’s an uncertain time and we are monitoring the situation as May 4 draws closer.

Tamsen, you and I have worked together in private Pilates sessions for the past 5 months. To be honest our sessions have given me hope and encouragement to be able to increase my mobility and movement. You have a keen, knowledgeable eye as to where the actual issue is. For example, my knee with OA is very sore and has limited mobility but you have taught me and demonstrated through your choice of exercises that the actual issue is in my ankles and hip. You also were able to zoom in on the source of mobility limitations in my middle back. What I really value during our time is your patient, knowledgeable explanation of what is going on and the ability to demonstrate to me what I am actually doing and what I should be doing. It has been amazing to me how my perception of how I am moving is inaccurate. With your experience in dealing with clients with "issues" you have the ability to modify exercises so that one can participate and work on getting stronger. As someone who has historically been active, I really appreciate and value that our sessions have increased my mobility and strength so I can participate in life more.
