Born and raised in Vancouver, Hannah has always been very athletic throughout her life and knew she would want to help inspire others to live an active lifestyle. Whether instructing fitness classes, creating active rehab programs, or pursuing her Masters of Physical Therapy degree, Hannah is continuously learning how to understand her patient’s movement dysfunctions, why they are having pain, and how to help them get back to their activity goals. The ConnectTherapy model has brought together a refreshed understanding of the body and has greatly influenced Hannah’s perspective on assessment and treatment methods. She is excited to be a part of the Synergy team and building upon her ConnectTherapy career.

Hannah completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia. With her undergraduate degree, Hannah spent a year in Australia in an exchange program working towards her Commerce minor.

When she is not working, Hannah enjoys running and gardening to clear her mind. She is hoping to complete another marathon soon and with two young children at home, she wants to be a positive influence on teaching them an active and healthy lifestyle. You can find the family hiking a nearby trail or walking around the neighbourhood to get their daily steps in.
