James Ngan


Education: DPT, B.Kin.

James is a North Vancouver local; spent the majority of his childhood growing up in Lynn Valley. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Melbourne in 2017. Prior to obtaining his degree in Physical Therapy, he completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto.

Sport has always been a big part of James’ life. He was a competitive amateur boxer throughout high school. He has been fortunate enough to work as a trainer throughout the years supporting various varsity level sports, including lacrosse, volleyball, CFL and AFL.

As a physiotherapist, James has a passion for all things movement and movement optimization. He resonates with the ConnectTherapy™ philosophy to use a holistic approach and consider all aspects of health to help people take control of their own wellbeing.

Recently, moving back to Vancouver, James is participating in the ConnectTherapy Residency program and is excited to integrate ConnectTherapy and the Thoracic Ring Approach™ into his practice.
