Lauren Albert-Lebrun



Lauren graduated from McMaster University in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
She began her physiotherapy career in Toronto before the mountains called her to North Vancouver.

Lauren is passionate about learning and education. She has pursued courses in the Mulligan Concept, Selective Movement Functional Assessment, Management of Post- Concussion Syndrome, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Pain Science and Management. She is also an instructor in the rehabilitation assistant program at Capilano University.

Lauren is an experienced and enthusiastic.  physiotherapist who uses an evidence-based
treatment approach. She believes in working together with her clients to help them obtain the
tools and knowledge to achieve their goals. Lauren is currently participating in the ConnectTherapy™ Residency program and is looking forward to integrating ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™ into her practice.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys all of the outdoor activities that North Vancouver has to offer. She is an avid triathlete and ultramarathon runner; she has completed multiple Ironman races, the Boston marathon, and represented Canada at the 50km world championships. She also loves to hike and has completed hikes around the world, including the Te Araroa, a trail that spans the length of New Zealand.
