Melissa believes that alignment is unique to the individual and it is important to meet your body where it is currently at. She is devoted to continuously enlightening her methods and approach to help you care for your body in an integrative and body inclusive way.
Inspired by the knowledge she cultivated from her personal experiences in health and wellness, Yoga and pilates certifications, and science-based education, Melissa is a mindful movement guide who believes in the power of the mind-body connection.
In addition to teaching, Melissa is the founder of Kunye Mindfulness Co. and is called upon as an integrative health expert to speak and write about mindful movement, self-care and emotional well-being. She has been featured in publications like Entertainment Tonight, Byrdie, and Basenotes Magazine, and is an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.
