Before meeting LJ, I was almost resigned to living with the chronic pain and sports injuries I'd had since my teens. I remember being incredibly emotional the first time LJ treated me, showing me that my body could move well and feel strong without the pain that had been so debilitating for years. Having worked with LJ consistently my movement patterns improved so much that I was able to climb both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru in Tanzania back to back this summer, without injury, something that would have been inconceivable to me just the year before.
