Are you looking to change up your exercise routine? Do you want to explore new ways to challenge your body and explore new possibilities? If so, our new ConnectPilates Studio, located on West Esplanade, is now open and our Pilates team is ready to help you reach your goals.
If you’re new to Pilates, our “Jumpstart Program” is perfect for you. We offer first-timers 4 Private Pilates Sessions (60 minutes each) at a discounted rate of $325* (a $400 value). Your first session will involve movement evaluation and goal setting, as well as an orientation to the equipment. This will be followed by 3 Private, individually designed Pilates sessions that will use a combination of Reformer, Wunda Chair, Trapeze, Ladder Barrel and other Pilates equipment.
Our Jumpstart Program is a great way for you to experience what Pilates can do for you. After Jumpstart you may want to continue with Private Pilates sessions or you may be ready to attend small group classes, to continue to work towards your movement goals.
Our ConnectPilates studio is full of natural light looking out to green space, with views of the Vancouver’s Harbour. Only 5 minutes walk from the Seabus terminal, it is an experience not to be missed!
