Are you interested in improving your balance, stability, muscle strength and bone health? Then this class is for you!

Our Physio Jonathan Krebs has put together a 45 minute movement and training class that is designed based on all the latest research on improving bone density and preventing falls. We’ve put this into a class format so you can benefit from the expertise of Physiotherapy in a group setting. These classes are held in our beautiful ConnectPilates™ studio, full of natural light and a wide variety of equipment to help you reach your goals.

Your first class is one hour long to allow for time to determine your goals and get a baseline assessment of key markers that your physio will continue to evaluate over the course of your 6-week class series. After the first session, you will have 5 more classes of 45 minutes duration.
